Shipping the work with frame

・Both either original or print will be accepted.
・ Shipped artwork must be the work you submitted originally for the jury. Otherwise it will not be in the exhibition.

Please be ready for the framing as soon you received acceptance letter in order to avoid delay for shipping.

・Frame
size: 840mm x 594mm maximum
・Art work MUST be protected by acrylic sheet, NOT glass
・Thickness of the frame should be no more than 50mm, ±2”
Simple aluminum frame will be accepted however please make sure it’s not bent or
damaged
.・String or wire is required with frame. Please make sure that a hard ware comes with
it
.・Please make sure that only one art work should be per box. (The box will be used for the traveling show.)
・Please make sure that “Lable” is on both on back of the work and outside of the box.

*The artwork must be in the card board box first and be wrapped with air babble wrapping material.
*The Competition Committee is not responsible for any damages and losses of item under the any
circumstances. We recommend to insure artwork against any accidents.

*Only artwork with frame will be returned.
*All shipping expense will be responsible of the individual artists. Returning idem will be by C.O.D.

the box".
*It is likely to come off when the adhesive is insufficient. |
